Our history

Gate International Corp was established in February of 1999. Circle Care was its brand for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company for serving the senior citizens. Changes in Medicare and Medicare coverage and the shift in the healthcare market caused the company to change its course and focus on the retail market. In 2011, we changed our name to Hieline, Inc. and focused on sales, rental, and repairs of mobility equipment. Today, with two retail locations in Plano, Texas, and Northridge, California, Hieline is a recognized name in local market and is moving fast to establish itself as a top provider of home medical equipment.

Our Philosophy

We are trying to build a company we’d like to do business with ourselves. We truly care about what we do and how we do it. We are building a socially conscious company with very high standards. From our perspective, Hieline is not a mobility equipment company serving people; it’s a people company providing mobility equipment.

Our services

Retail Services – Hieline sells Home Medical Equipment through its website, in its retail store, over the phone, through emails, fax, or mail. Any of these channels connects you to courteous and knowledgeable people who are ready to assist you with your purchase.
Rental Services We rent a wide range of home medical equipment such as wheelchairs, scooters, knee walkers, etc. Our rental services cater to individuals with the need for a mobility equipment for a short period as well as organizations and conventions that require hundreds at a time. Customers are able to rent equipment in our store or by calling our toll free customer hotline @1-855-HIE-LINE (1-855-443-5463).

Used Equipment* – We always carry used inventory because our rental equipment is offered for sale after a certain period. All used equipment are checked, serviced, sanitized, and are in good working condition. They all carry a 30-day warranty. Our used inventory changes on a daily basis. Customers are encouraged to call for availability and prices. We also purchase used equipment. Customers can call 214-227-2222 to arrange for an inspection or bring their equipment to our store for evaluation.

*Used equipment services is available in the Dallas Fort Worth and Los Angeles only.

Nationwide Repair services – We offer nationwide repair services for the following items:

  • Vehicle Lifts
  • Patient Lifts
  • Beds

Free Support & Expert Advice – Hieline offers free technical support whether the equipment was purchased from us or not. We also offer free expert advice for purchasing new equipment. With your purchase, you will have access to technical support for the life of your product. Our staff can resolve many technical issues over the phone.
